Shipping
- We ship your olive oil with bpost (Belgium) or DPD (Netherlands). Typically, you can expect delivery within 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location.
- Currently, we offer delivery only in Belgium and Netherlands. However, if you are interested in delivery to a neighboring country, please contact us.
- BELGIUM: We offer home delivery for €6.70, or you can choose to pick up your order at a designated pickup point or parcel locker for €5.
- NETHERLANDS: We offer home delivery for €9
- Upon shipment, you will receive a track & trace number, allowing you to track your package and modify delivery preferences at your convenience.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. However, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. If you choose to exercise your right to cancel, please ensure that the product is returned to us in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@oligranados.be. Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
