Description

  • This extra virgin olive oil comes from the first cold extraction directly from the olives without the addition of any additives. This results in a pure, fresh olive oil with all the properties that characterize a real extra virgin oil.
  • Acidity max 0.2%, the lower the acidity the purer the olive oil. For reference, extra virgin olive oil is considered when the acidity is lower than 0.8%.
  • Taste: Smooth taste, very slight bitterness, with hints of fig tree and green grass. 
  • Color: Greenish golden.
  • Use: Recommended for those who are not used to consuming olive oil, both raw and in cooking. Additionally, due to its mild flavor, this olive oil is recommended for making sauces and pastries.
