For the 2026–2027 harvest, we are introducing Hojiblanca to the OliGranados range for the first time. The olives will be harvested in October 2026 and cold-extracted just a few hours after harvesting to preserve their freshness, aromas and quality.

Hojiblanca is a traditional Spanish olive variety known for its fresh, aromatic and well-balanced character, making it a versatile extra virgin olive oil for both finishing dishes and everyday use.

Description

  • This extra virgin olive oil is made from the first cold extraction directly from the olives of our own grove in Granada (Spain), with no mixing with olives from other farmers and without any additives. This results in the freshest olive oil, preserving all the characteristics of a true extra virgin olive oil
  • Hand-harvested by us in October 2026 and cold-extracted just a few hours after the harvest
